During your vehicle service

Your cars routine servicing takes approximately 2.5 hours for typical vehicles, provided no additional faults are found. We ask that vehicles are left with us for the day and will call to advise when your service has been completed and the vehicle ready for collection.

If you wish to wait while the service is completed, we can offer this for vehicles booked and available for the first slot of the day (8.30) and provide a waiting facility with refreshments and WiFi access if required.

Any additional items found during your service will be noted and we will call you to advise of the work, provide a cost and approximate timescale for the work to be completed in. If the work is urgent or dangerous we will advise accordingly.
